About the project

The Narva-Jõesuu breakwater runs out to sea from the mouth of the Narva river and ends in a rounded head of boulders. A concrete walkway along the top is open for walking. I photographed the breakwater by drone in July 2026 in clear weather.

The views from the sea show the shape of the breakwater and its stone armour, and the image from directly above shows the head. The wider panoramas show the breakwater with the beach, the lighthouse and the river mouth, to make its position clear.
