Who processes the data

Enquiry form
The form lets you send your name, company, email, phone number, the location of the property and a message. I use them only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote. The enquiry arrives in my mailbox, and I keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for the work and for accounting.
To stop spam, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which looks at how the page is used to tell whether a person is sending the form. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Orders in the shop
If you order a picture or a licence, I use your name, address, email and phone number to fulfil the order. Payments are handled by the payment provider; your card and bank details never reach me. I keep accounting records for the period required by law, seven years.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies it needs to work, for example for the language choice and the cart. If I add visitor statistics (Google Analytics), I will ask for your consent first, and you can change it later.
Where the data is stored
The site and form data are stored on a veebimajutus.ee server in Estonia.
Your rights
You can ask what data I hold about you and ask me to correct or delete it. Write to ask@arvojuhkov.com. If you think your data has been handled wrongly, you can contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
