I photograph architecture with tilt-shift lenses so that the lines of the building stay straight and the volumes true. A drone view shows the building with its location, parking and access. Every image is post-processed: colour, perspective and details.

Prices are final, no VAT is added. You get an exact price in the quote once the property and the use are known.
Frequently asked questions
When is the best time to shoot?
I choose the time by weather and light. Facades look best in soft morning or evening light, illuminated buildings during blue hour.
What if the weather is bad?
I postpone the shoot and we agree on a new time.
Does the building have to be completely finished?
The tidier, the better the result. I remove small distractions in post-processing. Heavier retouching, such as cleaning up a plot that is still under construction, is extra work.
Who arranges access?
The client arranges access to the premises and, if needed, to the roof.
Where can I use the images?
You get the right to use the images for the agreed purpose, for example on the web, in listings and in print. Copyright stays with Arvo Juhkov. If you later need wider use, we agree on it separately.
