All prices are final prices in euros and no VAT is added.<\/p>\n<h2>Products<\/h2>\n<p>The shop sells photographs by Arvo Juhkov as framed pictures, photos mounted on board and paper prints, as well as usage licences for photographs as digital files. Framed pictures, mounted photos and prints are made to order. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed picture.<\/p>\n<h2>Ordering and payment<\/h2>\n<p>To order, add a product to the cart, fill in the required details at checkout and pay for the order. You can pay by bank link or card through the Montonio payment service. The contract takes effect when the payment has been received. An order confirmation is sent by email.<\/p>\n<h2>Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Framed pictures, mounted photos and prints are delivered by agreement. After the order, the seller contacts the buyer to agree on the delivery method and time. If delivery costs extra, the buyer is told in advance and pays only with their consent.<\/p>\n<p>Licensed digital file: once the payment has been received, a download link is sent by email. The file can be downloaded up to 5 times within 7 days. If the link does not work, write to <a href=\"mailto:ask@arvojuhkov.com\">ask@arvojuhkov.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Licence and copyright<\/h2>\n<p>All photographs are by Arvo Juhkov, and the copyright always stays with the author. A licence gives the buyer a non-exclusive right to use the photograph in the chosen channel (web or print) for the chosen period (1 year, 2 years or unlimited). A licence does not give the right to resell or sublicense the photograph or let third parties use it. Full usage rights and sets of several photographs are agreed in a separate contract.<\/p>\n<p>Buying a framed picture, mounted photo or print gives the right to own and display that object, but not to copy or distribute the photograph.<\/p>\n<h2>Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. To withdraw, send a notice to <a href=\"mailto:ask@arvojuhkov.com\">ask@arvojuhkov.com<\/a> and return the product unused and in its original packaging. The buyer pays the cost of returning it. The money is refunded within 14 days of receiving the notice, but not before the product has been returned.<\/p>\n<p>For a digital file, the right of withdrawal ends when the buyer, with their consent, has started downloading the file.<\/p>\n<h2>Complaints<\/h2>\n<p>If the product is damaged or does not match the order, write to <a href=\"mailto:ask@arvojuhkov.com\">ask@arvojuhkov.com<\/a> within two months of noticing the defect and attach a photo. The seller will repair or replace the product or refund the money. A consumer may make a claim within two years of receiving the product.<\/p>\n<h2>Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>The seller uses the buyer&#8217;s data only to fulfil the order and to communicate with the buyer. Data is shared with the payment provider, the print shop and the courier only as far as needed to fulfil the order. See the <a href=\"https:\/\/foto.arvojuhkov.com\/en\/privacy\/\">privacy policy<\/a> for details.<\/p>\n<h2>Disputes<\/h2>\n<p>Disagreements are settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ttja.ee\/en\">ttja.ee<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p class=\"note\">Valid from 30 October 2026.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>These terms apply to purchases in the Arvo Juhkov Originals shop at foto.arvojuhkov.com.
